For the next year, I'm giving away the heart of my new book — The Thought You Feed — daily posts, right here, for free.
The whole idea is simple. Almost everything that happens to us can be read more than one way, and the reading we choose shapes the day that follows. Choose the more positive interpretation and you start the morning a little lighter, a little steadier, a little more like the person you actually want to be. Do that enough times and something shifts: you stop living as the victim of your story and start living as its author. You own your future — the pen has been in your hand the whole time.
I'm sharing this for anyone worn down by the world we're living in right now. It's not clinical and it's not a lecture — just a small daily nudge toward a kinder way of seeing.
Three ways to follow along:
● Read the daily posts free, right here. Every one is tagged #TheThoughtYouFeed so you can find them all.
● Want the whole book now? Subscribe and then DM me and I'll send you a free PDF copy.
● Prefer a physical copy, or want to support the work? It's on Amazon — just search "The Thought You Feed." Link will be in the comments

The same rule covers golf clubs, power tools, and anything bought at Bass Pro. Fellas, what’s the biggest “oh, it was on sale” you’ve ever told at home?
Technically, that’s compliant. Somewhere a trail committee is holding an emergency meeting. Who’s the “technically correct” person in your family?
Rule #1 of family vacations: if a little tiki is lying in the dirt, you LEAVE IT THERE. Name the show without Googling.
My English teachers spent 12 years on grammar. A cartoon train conductor got it done in three minutes between Saturday cartoons. Which Schoolhouse Rock song is still stuck in your head 40+ years later?
It was two seconds at the end of every episode, and somehow it was the best part. Be honest: how many of you have said “Sit, Ubu, sit” to your own dog?
