As a precautionary measure, in advance of adverse weather associated with #StormBoelo, the Department will be deploying a portion of the temporary flood defences associated with the Belfast Tidal Flood Alleviation Scheme at Lockview Road and Laganbank Road, Belfast. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused to people travelling in the area. Rivers staff will continue to monitor high tides at sensitive locations along the coast over the weekend. #StormBoelo

There have been @metoffice weather warnings for strong winds issued due to #StormBoelo. - Amber warning for wind in Northern areas from 9pm tomorrow (Saturday) to 9pm Sunday - Yellow warning for wind from 10am Saturday to 12pm Sunday.
