#DBMIssuance: The DBM issued Circular Letter No. 2026-14 dated October 26, 2026, titled “Modification of the Period for the Encashment of Modified Disbursement System (MDS) Checks and Payment through Advice to Debit Account (ADA) for the Rest of Fiscal Year (FY) 2026.”
The Circular prescribes the disbursement procedures to be observed for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2026 to facilitate the settlement of valid government payables within the current year.
