SMEs know lots of stuff. They want other people to know lots of stuff like they do. Fine.
But the job of an #InstructionalDesigner is not to turn content into courses. It is to advocate for the people receiving training & craft a useful journey for them that they will follow.
I am honoured to have created this e-Learning course for #training election observers in Poland. Working with the experts was a pleasure & the resulting blended #learning will give observers practical knowledge & confidence to do their job on the election day next Sunday! – at Camberwell, London
