#SAvAUS Will this be finally the evidence that the Australian cricket establishment needs a broom- start with coach and selectors. One stupid decision after another during this series. @eddiecowan @CricketAus @MarkHoward03 @juniorwaugh349

Only positive for Australia here is hopefully we will finally see some changes- start with the selectors. #SAvAUS @zanofc @MarkHoward03 @jimmaxcricket

The irony is that- while Cummins decided to play ‘safe’ and protect his batsmen- he’s actually made them bat in a harder time- a wearing pitch with scoreboard pressure after fielding for 2 days. @CorbinMiddlemas @eddiecowan @zanofc #SAvAUS @CricketAus @FoxCricket

Cummings has always been a poor tactician- not a great captain. #SAvAUS

Are the Aussie selectors supporting South Africa? Surely the board has to get rid of them. Hopeless. #SAvAUS @MarkHoward03 @juniorwaugh349 @jimmaxcricket @zanofc @CorbinMiddlemas @CricketAus @eddiecowan

After watching test cricket for 30+ years, it didn’t take long to see that you bat first on this. #SAvAUS #safvaus @zanofc @jimmaxcricket @CorbinMiddlemas @FoxCricket

Half hour in and the game and series gone for Australia. Crazy decision to bowl first obviously admitting to a bad batting line up. #SAvAUS #safvaus @zanofc @jimmaxcricket @CorbinMiddlemas

I wonder how Cummings will go with tactics without Smith there- I think he’ll struggle. #SAvAUS #safvaus @zanofc @CorbinMiddlemas @jimmaxcricket

#SAFvAUS I feel the game is gone already for Australia. Fielding first is a negative move which will keep them behind the game now. @zanofc @CorbinMiddlemas @jimmaxcricket

Can someone explain why Aus are fielding first on a sunny morning on a pitch where the first team to bat statistically win? Is it a green top? @zanofc @eddiecowan @CorbinMiddlemas @MarkHoward03 #cricket #SAFvAUS #SAvAUS @bbctms

#SAvAUS They made an error dropping Lyon- pitch looks like he could be a handful. Need to drop Maddinson, move ahead to 5 and Renshaw to open.

#rlwc26 I didn’t k ow it was on. Was it on TV?

#SAvAUS that is as ridiculous decision. It is more big out than the Marnus catch @zanofc

#SAvAUS There are more advertisements on the field than people in the crowd! @zanofc

#SAvAUS Day 3 and still empty stadium? Whats going on?

#SAvAUS Day 2- where’s the crowd?

A wonderful day for intelligence winning over oppression. The Nobel committee will never cower to Trump’s authoritarianism and nor should they. Thank you! #NobelPeacePrize

#SAvAUS With most Australian players averaging under 45 in first class cricket, (almost all in the 30’s), it shows how T-20 cricket is destroying cricket and batsmen’s technique. @eddiecowan @CorbinMiddlemas @zanofc

#SAvAUS No better game then Test Cricket. @zanofc @CorbinMiddlemas @eddiecowan

#savaus Don’t know this Maddinson bloke but he’s not up to test cricket.
