I did something that's big news for me, and not typically what academic political scientists do:
I wrote a parenting book about our subject.
This is a medium-long thread on why/how.
The CEO of United Airlines said this in the NYTimes this morning:
(but the headline they ran was: United’s C.E.O. Says It Should Cost More Not to Sit in the Middle Seat)
Socialism & Women explaining their votes
Ten years after one of my first DCinbox papers a pattern showed up again:

I have a lot of events happening in October. If you are in:
Utica, NY
Manhattan, NY
Shrewsbury, MA
Marlboro, NY
San Antonio, TX
Greencastle, IN
or
Brooklyn, NY
I'd love to see you at one of these - making my internet people into my IRL 3D people is one of my favorite things.

If you're in Brooklyn tonight there are a few tickets left for a 7 pm lecture about DCinbox:

Right now:
- Flights are resuming at LGA and PHL
- Flights into EWR, JFK, and Teterboro Airport are paused
This incident underscores the need for additional funding to modernize aging infrastructure and prevent disruptions like this in the future.
