my Aunt paid her dealer several times to do an oil change and they never changed the oil once. ruining her motor.
it is stupid easy to change your motor oil, trust me.
Dropped my car off at the dealership for a routine $180 oil change.
Four hours later:
"Your car is ready. Your total is $465."
I only approved $180.
Apparently they replaced the filters and topped off a bunch of fluids without asking, because it's their "mandatory safety policy."
Then they held my keys until I paid.
So you can do $285 worth of work I never approved and make me pay for it?
How is this even legal?
