When yall make racism a quintessential part of a white teenâs coming of age, you also make it quintessential to black teenâs coming of age. âOmg she was only 15 when she said niggerâ, yeah and black kids will only be 15 when theyâre called that.

This dude fucked up the USA more than most want to admit - that's why Republicans and MAGA love him so much. He was a piece of shit that fucked over the poor and disenfranchised. His actions amplified the inequity and inequality you see today. He is why MAGA embraces Iniquity.

A racist realtor for Douglas Elliman accidentally texted "ugh they are black" to a Black couple looking for an apartment in NYC. The text was meant to be sent to the landlord, but it was sent directly to the prospective renters.
After realizing the mistake, the agent attempted to apologize, but the couple is moving forward with legal action by filing a housing discrimination lawsuit alleging federal and New York state housing law violations and racial profiling.
By sending a text like that, it implies that the realtor expected the property owner to be racist too and share that sentiment.
Housing discrimination is notoriously difficult to prove in US courts. There's always subtle excuses like another applicant, credit score, income requirements, etc. This racist text is a smoking gun that bypasses plausible deniability.
Douglas Elliman is one of the largest real estate brokers in the USA. They terminated the agent, but that doesn't make up for the racism and the indignity the couple faced.

In 1996 Metallica played a parking lot show in San Jose.
On June 4, 1996, Metallica played a surprise show in the parking lot of the San Jose Tower Records at 871 Blossom Hill Road across from Oakridge Mall.
After a morning announcement on local radio, news of the free show spread across the Bay Area, and once MTV News picked it up, it went worldwide. About ten thousand people showed up.
The band planned to perform three flatbed truck shows that day to celebrate the release of their sixth album Load. One in San Jose, one in San Francisco, and one in Sacramento.
Only two happened because San Francisco canceled at the last minute. Tower Records was chosen for all of the stops so fans could watch the show and then walk inside to buy the record.
Tower Records manager Barbara Williamson, who has since passed away, later said that city officials told her no permit was needed. But one week after the performance, San Jose city attorney Joan Gallo held a news conference announcing that charges were being filed against Bill Graham Presents, Elektra Entertainment, and Tower Records.
Offenses included disturbing the peace, failing to secure permits, and not obtaining approval for temporary street closures and amplified sound. The city also billed Tower Records seven thousand dollars for police, fire, and emergency medical services.
âI think the destruction that was caused deliberately and purposefully to get publicity and take advantage of this community needs to be dealt with in a criminal form,â Gallo said at the time.
Police were not happy either. Thousands of fans packed the parking lot across from Oakridge Mall, creating a traffic jam. Highway 87 backed up, and traffic at Santa Teresa and Blossom Hill was at a standstill for hours.
This 1996 strip mall concert remains an indelible part of Metallica lore and Bay Area music history.

Sacha Baron Cohen says Marvel worried about casting a Jewish actor as the devil Mephisto because it could be perceived as antisemitic.
âIt was a wonderful meeting when I was offered it. It was primarily, I think, an almost entirely Black producing and directing team. And they said, âWe want to offer you Mephisto, but we are aware of the negative association of Jews historically with the devil, and we want to make sure that youâre not insulted by us offering this.â It was such an amazingly considerate, empathetic thing to say. And I was like, âYeah, Iâm good.â
I think for the Jews out there, sometimes we donât feel seen. We donât feel like people can empathize with us, that we are suffering too. And so to have this entirely Black producing and directing team be so empathetic was a moment of being seen. It was an amazing experience.â

Diddy offered the six members of Da Band $7,500 to sign to Bad Boy. Total. Then, on MTV, he sent them walking six hours across New York to bring back his cheesecake.
In the video below, Ness, one of the six, tells it himself and does the math. "Not $75,000. Not $750,000. That's $1,250 a piece."
They had won Making the Band 2. Millions watched Diddy build them on TV. The walk went from Manhattan, over the Brooklyn Bridge, to Junior's and back. "Six hours total," Ness says.
The other five were ready to sign the deal as it was. Ness took it to a lawyer first, and the number went up.
Their album, Too Hot for TV, went gold. Then Diddy broke up the group on the show.
After the breakup came a publishing offer: $300,000, split six ways, only if all six signed. Ness refused to give up his rights. The others stayed angry with him for years.
Then the taxes came. Ness says they were paraded around for "promo" that was really paid work, and the IRS seized his royalties.
"I wasn't getting no royalties for 20 years," he says. "I've been in financial ruins for the whole 19 years."
Six kids walked six hours for a cheesecake. One of them spent the next 19 years paying for the contract.
Was Ness robbed, or did six kids from a reality show sign what they were handed?
Another one tomorrow.

A Florida POLICE OFFICER who found a 71-year-old man DE@D on a welfare check TOOK HIS HOUSE, STOLE his IDENTITY, CREMATED HIS BODY...
...and then RENOVATED HIS HOME and lived in it FOR YEARS!!!!
Yes, you read that right.
Investigators say a cop was sent to check on a man, found him gone, and decided the house was his now.
The elderly man's name was Dennis Ionis West, he was 71 years old.
A neighbor hadnât seen him in more than a week and on July 11th, 2022, Lauderhill police went to check on him.
They found him deceased, just inside his front door. Natural causes.
One of the responding officers was Brian Louis Sguros, 35 and authorities say Sguros told the medical examinerâs office he was Dennisâs FRIEND.
Thereâs NO indication the two men ever knew each other and then he told them Dennis had NO LIVING FAMILY.
Authorities say that was a LIE.
Investigators say Sguros then had Dennisâs body CREMATED.
On August 1st, just weeks later, he took possession of the house, he admitted it himself in a sworn court document.
AND IT GETS WORSE.
Investigators say he used POLICE DATABASES to pull Dennisâs personal information.
He paid the taxes and utilities in DENNISâS NAME.
He allegedly FORGED the manâs signature to get a city permit for repairs.
The contractors thought Dennis was still ALIVE.
A neighbor says he tore out the inside and talked about renting it as an Airbnb.
He claims he spent $214,000 on it.
So how did it finally come out?
Dennisâs relatives, the family he said didnât exist, sold the house.
And when the new owners refused to reimburse him for his renovations... he SUED THEM.
Thatâs what finally brought police to his door.

There was a good dude who used to sell dope in Bushwick back in the 80s. Basquiat would cop from him when it was dry on the Lower. Dude had access to an abandoned bodega where heâd let certain clients (5 bundles and better) get right. One time he had a few paint cans sitting in a corner, legend has it one night Basquiat asked him if he could paint the gate outside.
Dude said yeah, and Basquiat painted one of the devils he'd paint in the dark days of his addiction.
He then goes back to the city with the dope he had left and ODâs. The next day, his face is on the cover of all the newspapers. Homie with the spot in BK has someone take the gate down and quickly puts it in storage.
At some point, dude gets knocked, does a few years. When he gets home, he brings the gate to Basquiatâs father who had put together an authentication team of his son's closest friends. At that time everyone and their mother was pulling up with Basquiat works looking to cash in. Basquiatâs buddies who knew his work well recognized the piece to be his immediately, but his dad put 2 and 2 together and rejected it.
Dude knew he had a real Basquiat, but they said it wasnt. Thats when the real fuckery began.
The movie is called The Last Basquiat.
Based on a true story.
Someone tell Cudi to make that. Weâve had our fill of Basquiat biopics.
Kid Cudi will play Jean-Michel Basquiat in 'JEAN'
Written, directed, and starring @KiDCuDi, the film is set to begin filming in 2027
