Air Crash
The focus for this mishap has to be the ground controllers in charge of Air Traffic Control around Reagan. Each aircraft has a required transponder that reports its position. The tower could see the location of each aircraft. The passenger jet was cleared to fly a specific route to touchdown. Doubtful its pilot deviated from any landing instructions. Military aircraft are tightly controlled in DC airspace by Air Traffic Control. They are usually directed to fly specific routes and altitudes. Pilots seldom deviate from instructions or clearances.
This was definitely caused by human error. The question is, which human?
The high point of my day lately, is watching the evening news to see what mayhem the Trumpster has visited on all the liberals in the last 24 hours!
