Another couple of stills by professional photographer David Gillanders of my detox with a strong African psychedelic plant root called iboga. Used in the press as a precursor to the BBC documentary Detox or Die (2004). #iboga #ibogaine @bovengaibo @americans4ibo

Took this around 10 years ago showing a church in Wick. The black dots are not dust on the lens but hundreds of crows roosting.

Bangladesh’s railway tracks look like they were installed during an earthquake and never checked again. 💀😭 Uneven rails, bumpy rides and coaches shaking like they’re auditioning for Final Destination 7. 🚆 Forget luxury trains. Here, surviving the journey is the premium experience. 💀😂 Would you dare to ride this train?

🤯 THIS LOOKS LIKE A MOTH THAT EVOLVED INTO A LIVING TEDDY BEAR! 🦋🤍 Meet the Venezuelan Poodle Moth, one of the strangest looking insects ever photographed! ✨ Covered in fluffy, wool like white scales 🪶 Sporting unusual, feather like antennae 👀 Tiny dark eyes that give it an almost cartoonish appearance 🌿 A mysterious insect associated with Venezuela’s cloud forests A photograph of this unusual moth went viral in 2009 after being captured by zoologist Arthur Anker in Venezuela. Its exact scientific identity remains uncertain, and the popular name “Venezuelan Poodle Moth” is informal rather than a confirmed species name. Nature really said: What if a moth looked like a tiny flying puppy? 😂 Would you let this little creature sit on your hand? YES or NO? 👇 #Wildlife #Nature #Insects #AmazingNature

This lamb from Ulbster was nicknamed Independence due to the big X across his face. Can you see it?

Mum talked about an old couple nicknamed Darby and Joan by the Lybster locals. Must've been over 80 years ago they burnt to death in their beds here and their house has disappeared. Village boys picked up coins but many were melted together and unusable. Just trees there now.
