School culture is not created by a mission statement on a wall, but it is created and lived out daily by everyone in the school building.

It’s what we do, we wait for stuff to get easier.
It will never get easier.
What happens is you handle hard better.
So make yourself a person that handles hard well.
Because if you have a meaningful pursuit in life it will never be easy

True models of "WE Before Me." I know Harvest of Love will only continue to grow thanks to the foundation @denfravig and Mac have provided us. We can't thank you both enough for creating this Legacy and carrying it out through the years. Once a Spartan, always a Spartan!
An amazing act of love that flows through @DohertySpartans each year! All as a result of @denfravig ! His inspiration led to Stud. Gov and KB making this a tradition that has spanned 30 years and has even found it’s way to AR w Poore Man on the Roof in @lrsd and @Bville_Schools

This just happened , , , Long story short, the Student Government guru of Doherty HS, Noodle, is retiring after this year. Sparta collected over $43,000.00 for Harvest of Love! To the GOAT and my pops for starting something that led to greatness! 💙💚 @DohertySpartans @denfravig

Dog Saves Owner’s Life By Lying On Him For Nearly 24 Hours In Freezing Conditions: A man who broke his neck outdoors in freezing conditions survived lying in snow for nearly 24 hours thanks to his dog, who kept him warm through the night and barked for help. Anticipating a journey of only several metres, man was wearing just long johns, a shirt and slippers when he went outside, despite the temperature being around -4C. However, he slipped and broke his neck. Kelsey, five-year-old Golden Retriever, kept him warm by lying on top of him, and kept him awake by licking his hands and face.

When someone holds you accountable, be thankful.
They’re helping you get better and preventing you from doing things that undermine your influence and your performance. If they speak the truth, it’s because they care.
Humility is the key.

Not everyone is going to share your vision. Not everyone is going to believe what you believe. That's okay. Your positive energy must be greater than their negativity.
