#GodzillaMinusZero is a film that absolutely deserves to be experienced in IMAX. The visuals are stunning, the score delivers that grand cinematic feel, and the CGI is impressive for the most part. The story itself is relatively straightforward for a Godzilla film, but I felt the ending lost some of its emotional impact because of certain moments earlier in the film that were clearly intended to set it up. Compared to its predecessor, this sequel delivers significantly more action and raises the stakes in all the right ways. Godzilla fans should walk away satisfied, especially if they go in with reasonable expectations and embrace it for what it is: a fun, thrilling Japanese monster-action sequel that takes things up a notch.
