The worst cameo I’ve ever seen from Norgaard I think 🤣🤣 he looked like we’d just got a random fella off Reagent Road

Jarrad at full back again 😬

We are absolutely devastated to let you know that David ‘Wav’ Ashcroft passed away last night.
What an amazing person Wav was. He was our first choice keeper and part of senior section management team. An Ellesmere Port legend and a wonderful person both on and off the pitch.

At the very least, Everton owe their frustrated fans some form of explanation for that chaotic, embarrassing and deeply disappointing transfer window. Yes, Jack’s back and Maitland-Niles is in (and earlier Hackney+). But The Friedkin Group, the club’s CEO Angus Kinnear and the recruitment committee owe it to fans - the lifeblood of the club - to justify/clarify/apologise for a situation which saw Balogun not sign, a star like Ndiaye leave, Beto go, Armstrong almost sold, and failed late attempts for Kirkzee, Abraham and Tete (nb also reluctance from their clubs).
Were they hoping for the Armstrong money to get players in? Or was it simply poor organisation, leaving things late? Everton look incredibly short of quality and numbers in attack and at full-back. So much to admire about Everton - manager, fanbase, stadium, academy, players like Pickford, Branthwaite, Garner, Dewsbury-Hall, Armstrong etc. But that was a poorly-handled transfer window and Everton fans have every right to be frustrated. #EFC

I had to reread that Orney tweet about 10 times
SELLING ARMSTRONG
ONLY £40m
FUCKING FOREST
😲
Liquidate us if this happens
Nottingham Forest are working on a deal to sign Harrison Armstrong from Everton and have tabled a bid worth £40m as per @David_Ornstein 🔵
I don’t rate Johnson to be honest, but that’s straight robbery if it’s a swap. Can’t deny he’s an upgrade on McNeil.
🔺UPDATED: Palace and Everton closing in on Johnson-McNeil swap deal
Transfer would be straight exchange, not involving any additional money, and medicals could take place as early as Monday. Plus: Aston Villa in talks to sign João Palhinha from Bayern Munich⬇️

I prefer this. As great as Gana has been, Father Time caught up last season & bringing him back blocks Armstrong/Hackney. Shame he never got a send off though - what a player 👏🏼

50m 🤣🤣 the market is fucked
Excl: Tottenham have rejected an initial bid of around £38m from #nffc for Lucas Bergvall. Forest are set to make a second offer, with Bergvall the No 1 target after the sale of Elliot Anderson. Spurs valuation understood be circa £50m #thfc telegraph.co.uk/football/202…
