💥 What. A. Year. 💥
In just the past 6 months, Goose Goodwin has:
🏆 Won a State Championship with our high school varsity team
🏆 Captured a National PGF Championship with her club team
And now… crowned a 🏆World Champion with Team USA at the U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup!
We are beyond proud of our varsity pitcher — your hard work, talent, and heart for the game inspire us all. Keep flying high, Goose!

I’d add that lineman should just throw.
Shot put, discus, and if you’re lucky enough to have someone who can coach the Hammer Throw, throw that too.
Strength, speed, coaching, feedback, aggression, patience, a highly competitive environment.
No stars. Farthest throw wins.
Why Every Football Lineman Should Also Throw Shot Put - 11 of the 15 offensive linemen on the 2017 AP All-America teams threw shot put in high school. Here's why shot put is a perfect second sport for such players. stack.com/a/why-every-footba… via @STACKMedia
