DPM Chelopech celebrated Bulgarian Miners' Day! Over 1,300 guests, employees and their families came together for an evening full of live music, a kids' show, and a 100-drone light display closing out the night. In the village of Vransko near Krumovgrad, Alexander Uzunov and his wife are converting a small rural building into a modern dairy farm with support from the DPM Metals backed Fund for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Business. The new dairy brings much-needed milk processing to the region, creates local employment and establishes purchase contracts with area livestock farmers.
