The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences has decided to award the 2025 #NobelPrize in Chemistry to Susumu Kitagawa, Richard Robson and Omar M. Yaghi “for the development of metal–organic frameworks.”

My first ever review was just published! In the paper we are describing and promoting usage of advanced electron microscopy for characterization of membranes. Hopefully more researchers will use it in the future.

We had very nice (unofficial) @FurukawaG_Kyoto self-assembly. This time authentic Chinese-style hot pots worked as template instead of Shuhei.
I am happy to start my internship in such a beautiful place with so much tasty food around. Looking forward for new things to learn in the coming months.

A new gel that adsorbs gases!!! Our materials, pore-networked gels, have a continuous porous network based on linked MOPs, entrapping within the network solvents that cannot enter the pores. Great work led by @WZaoming and published in @J_A_C_S !!
