My wife was upstairs cooking breakfast and she came down and told me that our whirlpool oven was “clicking” and worked for the first batch of bacon but wouldn’t heat up.
Turns out, the oven igniter board is arcing across the traces, but the stovetop ignites and works with no problem.
So today we’re doing one of my least favorite things. Working on household appliances.
Why are these parts so damn expensive ? They’re generally single layer PCBs, and they’re definitely mass produced.
So why is an OE replacement igniter board $140+ and why was the newer revision so difficult to cross reference ?
Shoutout to @grok coming in clutch finding a local supply house, but I won’t have the part until Tuesday at the earliest.

Yup, Tore's done the "stole my work" accusations with a bunch of people. @pepesgrandma , @nickshirleyy and many others. Tore is a serial liar, and people simply do not apply common sense.
You cannot steal 10-year-old work if these documents are from 2025 and 2026.
I kept the discovery chain, metadata, and provenance for every document I got. It was all public information.

The ceasefire between Ukraine and Russia took effect at 4:00am Moscow time on October 27, 2026.
Timing was accelerated two days ahead of schedule to protect the safety of civilians and to facilitate the delivery of critical humanitarian aid. The ceasefire’s geographic area has expanded beyond Oleshky, within the Kherson Region, to provide safe passage for the humanitarian convoys.
