sorry for the silence. i’ve just been busy. there’s lots of projects, future planning, and just overall lots of work to do. i get it, it feels like batdrought again. simple reason is that we are just busy working. i’ve kind of made it somewhat of a policy to just not talk about much when there’s not much to talk about. i can give you all updates every 3 weeks but it will just be “we’re working on this, this and this, and we’re busy” with nothing tangible to show. we’re done over hyping things long before they’re viable, announcing things long before they’re available, and trying to get a moment of engagement. so yeah it’s a bit boring and our efforts are all behind the scenes while trying to do our best to (sorry for the boring business part) sell our products with good discounts and deals as much as possible to keep the brand relevant. i know from a fandom it may feel quiet at times, but what i can say from the business side is, we have more and more users coming to bendy than ever before on a very consistent basis. the last thing we want is to put something out for buzz only to have people left disappointed because it wasn’t what they pictured, wasn’t enough, or took too long. cage especially is its own thing and not a mainline entry. even me posting this is going to increase engagement and i’ll see it in the numbers and sales, but it’s artificial, i have no update for you other than, we are working. i’m running on 12-16 hour days and running out of steam, but i wont stop regardless of any external noise. now i can’t please everyone, no matter how hard i try i know some people will take this post as is and move on with their day, some people will say its not enough, some people will see it as excuses. i get that, but personally saying something like this is better than the alternative. which is a longer period of silence. i’m also not blind to the fact me even saying that opens the door for criticism, and i welcome it either way, i may not engage but ill digest your messages. no hidden message, no random capital letters, just ~17 weeks left. i appreciate you all. back to the ol grind.
