Documentazo.

Listened to all of Little Feat's Dixie Chicken for the first time in a while. Honestly can never get over how great that album it is. Now I want to do a whole podcast episode about Little Feat. The only question is, who wants to have that discussion with me?
New episode!!
Tom Maxwell (formerly of @snzippers) came on to the podcast to discuss his career in music, his past and future writings, and being a father to a son who battled and beat childhood leukemia. Lots of great stories in this one! Enjoy!

I am terrible at this social media thing. Maybe it’s because I overthink what I want to say. Or because no one ever responds to my tweets/posts. Or maybe it’s that I have two young kids and full time job teaching kids that my brain is mush at the end of the day. Who knows?
This one stings. What a freakin’ genius and monster player. So much of his work influenced my love of jazz. Rest in power, Wayne.
