People were confused on how anyone could play a card game on a motorcycle... When the anime already states that there's an autopilot feature that helps the duelists when they ride.
The show gave a reason, but people were like "CARD GAMES ON MOTORCYCLES" and wrote it off.

When people say “retcon” people assume it means that they ignored something that was previously written or sloppily tried to implement something else without it making sense, but that’s not what KH does.
