AI workflow tip: for a long deliverable, approve the outline before generating the prose. Ask for the sections and one sentence on what each will cover. Fix missing points and the order, then draft section by section against that outline. Finish with a whole-document pass to catch repetition and contradictions between sections. Don't polish paragraphs before you've picked the direction.

Gemini Notebook tip: review the plan before waiting for a video render. In Studio > Video Overview, turn on "Review producer notes." Fix the outline, emphasis and sections before hitting Proceed. Renders can take 30+ minutes. Catching the wrong angle in the notes beats regenerating the whole video. Watch the result before sharing; facts and audio can slip.

Before closing a long AI working session, ask for a handoff note: "List decisions, rejected options and why, open questions, source links, and the next action. Mark anything unverified." Check it, then save it with the project. Paste it into your next session instead of rebuilding the context. Reattach original files when details matter: a summary can lose the caveat that changes the decision.

Copilot tip: when a tutorial doesn't match the app in front of you, try screen guidance. In the Copilot desktop app, open Vision using the glasses icon and share the app. Ask: "Where's the export setting on this screen?" It can highlight controls while you do the clicking. Share only the window you need, with private content out of view.

AI workflow tip: separate drafting from critique. Before publishing, ask: "Review this as a skeptical reader. Which claims need evidence? What's unclear? Which questions remain unanswered? Don't rewrite it yet." Use the questions to improve the draft. A second AI pass isn't a fact-check.

Wispr Flow tip: dictate in Hinglish instead of translating your thoughts into English first. Flow supports Hindi-English mixed dictation and cleans up filler words and punctuation. You can also correct yourself aloud: "Friday, actually Saturday." Review names, dates and the final wording before sending. Cleanup isn't a guarantee of accuracy.

Gamma tip: if your deck's words are right but the design is wrong, ask for a restyle, not a regeneration. Restyle keeps the content and changes the look. Regenerating starts it over. Start with rough notes, review the proposed plan, then refine specific slides. Check facts before presenting.

Netflix gave us dark.netflix.io to untangle 'Dark' β€” so I built an interactive multiverse companion for @blakecrouch1’s #DarkMatter on @AppleTV. Track all the Jasons, the Box mechanics, the worlds, with a built-in episode spoiler guard: darkmatter-multiverse.pages.…

ChatGPT tip: screen-sharing in a meeting? Lock your sensitive chats first. Open the chat's β€’β€’β€’ menu and select Lock chat. It disappears from your history, pinned list and search. Locked chats live under Projects > Locked chats and open with your 4-digit PIN, or Face ID/Touch ID on mobile. Warning: resetting a forgotten PIN permanently deletes every locked chat.

Claude tip: share a working artifact, not just a screenshot. Made a quiz or dashboard? Open its Publish or Share option and send the link. Test it as a recipient before posting. Sign-in requirements vary by sharing experience, and public links aren't for private data.

ChatGPT tip: upload a meeting recording, then ask for decisions, owners and deadlines, with timestamps where possible. Use the notes to draft your follow-up. Check key quotes against the audio; transcripts and speaker labels can be wrong. Needs audio-upload access on a paid plan.

ChatGPT tip: turn a recurring research question into a scheduled task. Try: "Every Monday, review these competitors' release notes. Report dated updates with source links." Enable notifications, then check the first report before relying on it. Don't assume it catches every change.

ChatGPT deep research tip: set the source boundaries before starting. Comparing vendors? Restrict research to their official docs and your uploaded requirements. You can interrupt mid-run to change the focus or sources. Check the citations before trusting the conclusion.
