Salmon is being prepared for lunch and I’m deeply saddened that I can no longer partake in salmon skin noms because of my troublesome GI issues. But on the bright side, I haven’t had another bout of AHDS in 3+ months.

Temps dropped to a “feels like” temp of 35F this morning. The staff unearthed one of Daisy’s fleeces and put it on me. But I could feel the stifling judgmental looks coming from the German shepherd we saw. #Chicago
