GUILTY. ON ALL COUNTS. BAIL REVOKED & LED AWAY IN HANDCUFFS. The fight isn't over, but the precedent has been set in which our legal system- at the behest and bereavement of its constituents- finally said, "Enough." #DerekChauvinTrial #BlackLivesMatter
.@GillibrandNY,@RepTomReed,@SenSchumer Why are prison telecom companies charging up to $16 for a 15-minute phone call? That is unconscionable. We must pass the Martha Wright-Reed Act to keep families connected.
Adam Toledo should be here to see this. Daunte Wright should be here to see this. Rayshard Brooks. Daniel Prude. Breonna Taylor. Too many names to list who should still be here to see this moment. 💔 The fight isn't over, it has just begun. #DerekChauvinTrial #NoJusticeNoPeace
