THE DIRTY COP TURNED OFF HIS BODYCAM. THE CEILING CAMERA KEPT RECORDING.
Former Cuyahoga County Jail Corporal Nicholas Evans received nine months in prison after attacking Terrance Debose while he was strapped into a restraint chair.
Debose couldn’t shield himself or move away.
Surveillance footage captured Evans striking him after switching off his bodycam. Officer Timothy Dugan joined in, delivering two more blows.
Debose remained restrained for nearly two hours afterward.
Both guards resigned and pleaded guilty:
Evans: Attempted felonious assaµlt and tampering with evidence nine months in prison and three years of post-release supervision.
Dugan: Assaµlt and abduction 10 days in jail and community control probation.
Debose and his legal team called Evans’ sentence a “slap on the wrist” and pursued a federal civil rights lawsuit.
Nine months and 10 days for attacking a defenseless inmate. Does that look like accountability to you?
A 21-year-old man fatally SH0T by Las Vegas police officers. He was impaired and grabbed a gµn before pointing and firing it at officers in an apparent sµicide-by-cop incident captured on police body camera footage. When LVMPD traffic Officer Kenneth Pillette and Officer Chad Betts arrived, two of the drivers said the third driver, suspect 21-year-old Kenneth Busse, appeared to be impaired. When Busse was asked by Betts to take a field sobriety test, Busse refused, ran to a nearby bush and picked up a firearm he left there prior to officers arriving on the scene, Kelly said. Busse pointed it at Betts and fired a round at the officer, which jammed in the chamber, preventing him from firing again. Pillette, a 20-year veteran of the department, and Betts, a 19-year officer, fired a total of six times at Busse, striking Busse in the chest. Busse was pronounced deceased at the scene.

This case goes back to 2018 of a fatal officer-involved SH00TING. The family of Shaleem Tindle, 28, demanded justice after reviewing the officer’s body camera video. The video shows what the police officer saw before, during and after he fired his weapon at Tindle, who was scuffling with another man on a sidewalk across the street from the West Oakland BART station. LaRon Mayfield says his brother didn’t do anything to deserve getting SH0T in the back by BART police Officer Joseph Mateu. Mateu responded to a fight near the West Oakland BART station after hearing bullets fired. His body camera video shows Tindle and another man wrestling on the ground. Twice Mateu yells, "Raise your hands!" The officer fires, striking Tindle in the back three times. Tindle’s loved ones said the video was convincing, and they wanted Mateu prosecuted.
Prosecutors declined to bring criminal charges against Mateu, but his family filed a civil lawsuit for use of excessive force and wrongful death in which his mother Yolanda Banks-Reed and his two minor children said Tindle was just starting to rise from the ground and raise his hands to comply with Mateu’s orders when bullets were fired.
A jury agreed, awarding the family $5.375 million after a two-week trial in February 2020. They were also granted $1.9 million non-economic damages and $10,800 in funeral costs.
Representing Mateu on appeal, attorney Lori Sebransky said the jury based its verdict not on evidence, but on arguments presented by the family’s attorneys.
A man didn't like that another man was recording in public, so he tossed a hot dog at him. What a waste of a perfectly good hot dog.
Then he ran onto the road and nearly got hit by a bus.

What a little psycho!
A 14-year-old has been arrested after at least 27 swatting calls targeting West Elementary, homes and a business in DeSoto County.
This kid should be put on a permanent ban list for any kind of firearm forever. He is mentally sick.
Hopefully he's charged as an adult and they don't reduce everything to misdemeanors.
This level of criminal versatility is only found in psychopaths and sociopathic children and teenagers before they ever get that diagnosis in adulthood.
Police responded to a local Walmart after a young woman reported that a stranger in the self-checkout line had secretly taken upskirt photos and videos of her without her consent. When officers arrived, the suspect insisted he had done nothing wrong. He claimed his phone had recently been reset and that it contained no photos, videos, or other data. However, after reviewing Walmart's surveillance footage, officers quickly determined that his story didn't match what happened. The video clearly showed him using his phone to capture images of the victim, leading to his immediate arrest. On the way to jail, the suspect eventually admitted that he was guilty. He was later sentenced to 180 days in jail and two years of probation. Not long after his release, he violated the terms of his probation.
