Quick story: In 2017 I started posting content online. → Grew Instagram pages to millions of followers and over 1b views. → Although the views were plenty, I was never able to monetize any of it (Skill issue). → Then in 2020, the Lebanese banking system collapsed. → My parents lost their entire life savings and retirement money while I was studying to become an engineer in Montreal, Canada. → With nothing else to lose, I was forced to make business work to keep my family afloat. So in 2022 I started a marketing agency called Unfungible. Like every early company, it wasn't making much money. I had to move back into a studio apartment with my brother. Since then: I worked with over 300+ founders helping them build a magnet personal brand. Closing in on $4m in revenue generated. Bought the FounderFunnel.com domain and rebranded the business to double down on helping founders get customers. Just got laid off from my IRL job, the runway ran out us before we could get the sales to raise more funds. Longest job of my career happened to be at a startup. The food industry is brutal to get into, our product was dope, we just finally ran out of time after 5 years to get the sales needed to thrive. Not my first rodeo being laid off, but I can say, the race is on to find another job now before life becomes difficult. I'm a staff level mechanical engineer, especially strong in mechanical systems, in the San Francisco Bay Area, if anyone has leads, I'd be grateful. A strong network is the fastest way to be hired again.
