I often hear, “Don’t bring a problem unless you have a solution.” It comes from a good place, but it has unintended consequences. Could this mindset make us hesitant to discuss our most complex problems? We can be critical & solution minded without always having an answer.

Y’all, teaching is hard. Some days just feel like nothing is going right. But, having teacher friends like these makes the bad days better. Thanks for being my people. ❤️. @MrsLBetts @TheLiteraryLott @DandyMsDaniel #WonderfulWednesday #OMSJacketLife #DLPcoaching

It's Tuesday afternoon, and I am So. Tired. But I love my job. I love my students. I love this school. Teaching is the best job in the world. Even with all of the challenges, this is the best job.
