I spend most of my time interviewing people about their stories. Over the past year, I鈥檝e been working on changing a part of mine by making my health one of my biggest priorities.
A little over a year ago, I was around 260 pounds. Today, I鈥檓 197!
Most of you know me through my interviews, so you probably haven鈥檛 seen this part of my life. Behind the scenes, I鈥檝e been lifting weights, walking, and figuring out how to eat in a way I can actually stick with while still enjoying food I love.
I鈥檝e been doing this naturally, and it鈥檚 taken a lot of trial and error. There have been frustrating days, days I questioned whether anything was changing, and plenty of imperfect ones.
Honestly, even now, I sometimes struggle to see the progress. Putting these photos together helped me appreciate how much has changed and how far I鈥檝e come.
I turn 30 soon and I鈥檓 proud that I鈥檝e spent this last year making time for myself alongside all the things I want to build with this channel and Behind The Wall.
I鈥檓 still working toward my goals, but I wanted to share this now. You鈥檝e been part of so many moments in my career. It felt right to let you in on something personal, too.
