Only SOME physical Switch games will be "Game Key Cards", that's why they make the distinction in name. Some physical Switch 1 games did a similar thing.

There exists a 16bit version of Super Mario Bros which is lost media. It had a new world map, some cutscenes and incorporate elements from SMB 3. It's one of those Satellaview games. Would be cool if the ROM is ever released.

HH was a commercial mascot for the American chain HHGregg from 2009 to 2011! He is a rolled product catalog with a head, feet, and hands! In 2017, an attempted redesign of HH was posted online. Everyone hated it.
