Thrilled to share our new study in Science Translational Medicine: a simple amino acid “cocktail” dramatically boosts LNP delivery efficacy in a liver inflammation model. 🧪📈
Built in the @biohub ecosystem and directly advancing our grand challenge to decode inflammation. 🔥
The Biohub team found that adding just 3 amino acids (methionine, arginine & serine) to LNP (liquid nanoparticle) injections boosts mRNA delivery up to 20x and pushes CRISPR editing efficiency to ~90% in a single dose. 🧬
