I joined BAYC back in May 2021, not knowing just how much of an impact it would have on my life. Through good and bad times, the community has always been there. It’s been a few years now since, for personal reasons, I had to part ways with my OG Miami Ape PFP, and it truly hasn’t felt complete since. Fast forward to 2025, I met @AdamWeitsman for the first time IRL, and it wasn’t until 2026 that we became really good friends, even though we’ve only met in person a few times. I believe in what Adam is building because he has always been genuine in this crazy world of Web3 and has never tried to extract from the space. Working closely with him over the last few months has only made me believe in that even more. I've seen firsthand how he treats people, how much he cares, and all the people he constantly helps along the way in and out of our space. This morning, I woke up and found an Ape in my wallet with a short DM from Adam saying, “Thank you for all you have done for the community. Thought it was time to have your PFP back to where your heart has always been.” I genuinely have no words. Still in shock! Feeling so grateful and happyy!!! 🙏❤️

86,420 of you. Thank you. Back in 2022 I had under 20,000 followers. A mate told me I’d hit 100 to 200K one day, and I laughed. I genuinely thought it was silly that many people would ever follow me. Fast forward a few years and we’ve blown past it. I started here purely as a dad and husband looking for a way out of the system, a way to free my family. Bitcoin was $38,000 when I started, and we all thought that was high. Now it’s $80,000 and people are freaking out. I love this space. It ended up giving me so much more than I came for. So thank you to everyone who supports me, chats with me and shitposts with me. I hope I’ve helped some of you along the way too. See you at the next ATH, mates.

The kids DID figure out how to open it. They were like “omg we’re breaking in and stealing”. And I was like “it’s as if you’re stealing. Right boys?”. And they were laughing and firmly said back “no we’re not stealing”. And I was like “that’s right boys. Remember, you’re not stealing.” I’m mind-fucked right now. These are 6 7 yo brothers.
