Imagine when pDAI “influencers” are finally getting their comeuppance - and end up in court:
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury,
This case is about a token that was never a stablecoin, a set of claims that were never true, and a group of people who spent years telling others lies - to enrich themselves at the expense of very naive would-be investors.
When PulseChain launched, it duplicated the state of Ethereum.
Every address that held DAI received a corresponding balance of a new token on the new chain. That token has the same contract address format as DAI.
It has none of the systems that keep DAI near one dollar.
There is no overcollateralized vault system actively managing it.
There is no redemption window where one pDAI can be turned in for one dollar or one real DAI.
There is no functioning peg-stability module backed by external reserves.
Its price is whatever buyers and sellers on PulseChain agree to pay - and for years, that had been a fraction of a penny!
What the evidence will show is that a large number of accounts—dozens of them, posting regularly over multiple years—described something else.
They called pDAI a stablecoin. They said it was “inevitable” that it would reach and hold one dollar. They pointed to forked contracts, vault deposits, oracle readings, and specific wallet transactions and told their followers these were the mechanisms that would force the peg.
They spoke of multi-billion-dollar collateral capacity and defense systems that would protect the price. They framed the outcome as programmed, as already in motion, as something a person could rely on.
These were not occasional comments. The same accounts returned to the claim again and again, often with new on-chain activity presented as fresh confirmation that the peg was close.
When the price remained far below one dollar, the explanations adjusted but the certainty did not. New vaults, new interpretations, new timelines appeared. The core message stayed the same: this token will be worth a dollar, and the system will make it so.
The evidence will also show what those statements produced. People bought and held on the basis of them. Later buyers provided the liquidity that allowed earlier or larger holders to sell.
The real-dollar liquidity available in the ecosystem remained a small fraction of the stated valuations.
The mechanisms that were described never operated as a working peg.
Independent descriptions of the token—including some that appeared inside the same community—stated plainly that pDAI floats freely and has no Maker-style collateral system.
A disclaimer that says “not financial advice,” or a phrase that says the outcome “requires belief,” does not change the content of what was said or the context in which it was said.
When a person repeatedly tells an audience that a specific token has a path to a dollar value through described mechanisms, and those mechanisms do not exist in working form, the label attached to the statement does not erase the statement.
You will see the posts.
You will see the dates.
You will see the price over the same period.
You will see that the claims continued after the absence of any functioning peg system was observable to anyone who looked at the token’s actual design.
The question for you is whether that pattern reflects an honest description of how this token works, or whether it reflects something else.
The evidence will let you decide.

Halloween is one of our biggest community (give back) events.
Thousands of kids have a safe place to have fun in a downtown area with no auto traffic - and they get GOOD treats from the area businesses.
A big stage outside our office building provides entertainment, costume contests, music and the emcee creates a nice party atmosphere.
Everything is free and it’s a lot of fun - for both little ones and teens - and even parents.
We open our office building for additional restrooms and we catera nice open house with awesome food and drinks - and even drinks for the big “kids” …
The town loves it - and we love the town.
Giving back to those who were good to you - and a lot of people who didn’t do anything for you - is a great thing,
@RichardHeartWin - try it some time.
(Note to cult: No talk about the $27 million investor dollars he gave to the charlatans who haven’t done anything to stop aging. He literally found the worst charity to try to extend his own miserable life.)
To anyone going out tonight - have fun and be safe - even you Hexicans!

Happy Halloween, Hexicans
Forget Thanksgiving,
Forget him pumping your bags - but we received so much meme fun!
These costumes would be great at any party with a bunch of crypto bros.
Too bad Hexicans are too broke and friendless to attend parties.
But, ya, Happy Halloween!
Be Vigilant, Hexicans!

Is Rackham advising you not to sell your Richard Heart shitcoins so he can front-run you and dump his bags first?
I wouldn't trust Richard Heart with a penny of my money. And if there is anyone I trust even less, Rackham is next in line.

Rektum is in panic mode making up stories about documents and corporate structures.
The truth is, any bad news that comes from this, his ex-wife will full stack Hitler and he will be handing out doodle pads on the street for money

Japan
An incident occurred in which Muhammad, a Pakistani national, took a teenage girl to a hotel, threatened her with a knife, forced her to take drugs, sexually assaulted her, and then stole her cash.
After his arrest, I saw what looked like a smirk on his face in front of the cameras, and I thought to myself:
Perhaps he knows how Japan’s system works. That he wouldn’t receive a particularly severe punishment for this crime.
This is exactly the kind of incident I feared most when it comes to immigration policy.
Don’t you think such a despicable crime deserves the death penalty?

Shocking footage that has sent shockwaves through Christian communities in Nigeria.
A well known Islamist figure in Nigeria was filmed teaching child cadets chants calling for the slaughter of Christians. Even some members of the Muslim community in Nigeria condemned it. These are the kinds of jihadists who indoctrinate children into becoming murderers. There have been numerous massacres of Christian communities in the province of Enugu in the Southern parts of Nigeria, and where these chants in this video are calling for more.
“Give me AK47s
To go to Enugu
Into the infidels
On a Sunday
While they are rejoicing
While they are clapping
And spray fire on them”

How can you love America and vote for a democrat?
How can you call yourself a republican and vote for democrat
Please do not let these people fool you
Let me be very clear. Anyone supporting a Democrat is NOT MAGA or a real Republican!
You cannot make this stuff up!
Annie Andrews is bragging about getting conservative support
Her campaign ad features THREE former South Carolina governors, including TWO who lost their reelection bids!
And David Beasley? He ran as a Democrat SEVEN TIMES and reportedly voted in the Democratic primary THIS SUMMER!
These are the political records behind the endorsements she’s celebrating. Voters deserve to know exactly who is backing her!

🚨 THIS is the REAL Michigan talking!
Blue-collar worker just said the quiet part out loud:
“Abdul El-Sayed will NOT be elected. We’re going ALL AMERICAN. I don’t care if it’s a woman, a man, black or white… just be AMERICAN so I know you’ve got OUR interests at heart.”
These are the guys who actually build, work, and pay the bills. Not the progressive lecturers. Not the “Medicare for All + abolish ICE” crowd.
Michigan sees it. America thanks him!
Vote RED. Vote Mike Rogers.

It genuinely feels as though Islamists around the world can slaughter, rape, behead, and torture innocent people and the media, UN, and so-called humanitarian organizations just look away.
