BREAKING:
The European Commission announced today which countries are under โmigratory pressureโ and will be able to send away some of their asylum seekers to other EU states under the โmigrant relocation quotasโ created by the EUโs new Migration Pact. The countries are:

๐ฌ๐ท Greece
๐จ๐พ Cyprus
These 4 countries will be able to put asylum seekers into a โSolidarity Poolโ for 2027 from which migrants will then be relocated in other EU states.
The size of the Solidarity Pool was decided today but the information about it is being kept secret for now.
6 countries were classified as facing a โsignificant migratory situationโ and will be allowed to request from exemptions of receiving quota migrants. Those 6 countries are:

๐ฆ๐น Austria
๐ง๐ฌ Bulgaria

To receive an exemption, the countryโs request has to pass a QMV vote (Qualified Majority Voting) in the Council of the European Union.
Countries which are forced to take part in the Solidarity Pool will either have to take in the number of quota migrants assigned to them by the EU, pay EUR 21 000 for every quota migrant they refuse to receive or send significant resources to help the 4 countries under migratory pressure to handle the situation.
Two countries have refused to take part in the entire new migrant relocation system and its fines. Those two countries are:

A 17 year old girl in the "care" of Tusla, is having prepaid taxis come to her care placement and brings her to Hotels and residences for sex with โup to 30 adult malesโ in exchange for alcohol and drugs, the Dublin District Childcare Court has heard.
Judge Conor Fottrell, stated the abuse as โchild sexual exploitation on a scaleโ not heard before in his court, the judge said the issue was โreal and seriousโ and โcoming before these courts on a regular basisโ.
โThe agencies of the State need to tackle [this] as a matter of urgency,โ he said, adding that vulnerable children, โpredominantly girlsโ, were being exploited at a horrific level.
He demanded that Tusla seek immediate High Court orders to protect this 17 year-old in secure accommodation to protect with Tusla responding it would "consider" it next week.
The girl was โopen and honestโ about having unprotected sex, including group sex, and had contracted a number of sexually-transmitted diseases, and when toxicology tests were done found morphine, methadone, cocaine, cannabis, barbiturates, amphetamine and antidepressants in the teenagerโs system.
