With this wonderful yet powerful quote by St. Augustine, I will put the whole Ember thing to rest. I may respond to some people when It needs be, but otherwise, it is in the past.
However, this also applies to our current situation in the world, including our nation. A society without God will never thrive, even if minor tolerance is given. Yes, charity and patience are good, and our aim is to give testimony of our faith and bring others close to God, but also we must give testimony of the truth, even if it hurts or upsets others. Look at the Roman Empire, look at France after the revolution, Communist Russia, Nazism, many other empires that forsook God, and yet when they fell, the Christians survived and championed.
Let this be a lesson for the American people and the world at large. Gooning, abortion, breaking of laws, and many other things are evil in the sight of God, even those minor percentages allowed for our "conviniences." God is also a jealous God, be careful. Courage!
Forgiveness does exist, and mistakes may not destroy friendships. In fact, it is sometimes when friends need one another more during tough times, and while condenming the sin, also we are called to bring the other to God and lift them off the ground. Accluntability is one thing, but reconciliation is still possible. So personally if they are good, then this is just them collabing.
HOWEVER, I have a question to all those reading this, and I want your sincere opinion. If He would have been on the opposing side, would this have happened as well. If he would have repented even if from the left, would people forgive him? Or would y'all still sink him to the ground and call it FAFO? I am curious to know.
Here is my take:
She is not perfect, then again, no one is. However, we sometimes need someone with an outspoken mind and attitude in our circle, at least as conservative and christians are concerned, and here is why:
As many have seen the whole Ember drama, one thing that brought to the light was the true political and spiritual alignment of many people. And it showed that many are not even mildly conservative. Heck, many were more moderate or even left leaning, which makes sense given the current situation of the modern left. However, as many pointed out, those people taint moral values and christianity to some "rules for thee but not for me" thing. They like to bash their opponents but won't apply the truth of the gospel to themselves, and why would they? After all the like gooning, abortion, divorces, etc.
Now we have good Christian content creators. Celestium is a good example, amongt others. They aim to live their life in example of Christ. However, and this is what I have seen many times, many of them don't vocalize their faith to their friends much when controversy strikes. To their enemies? They do with pleasure, but to allies, some shut their mouths. This is when you need someone who also helps the right not steer from morals while fighting the opposition, and that is when you need people like Strawb.
Look at early Christianity - st. Peter and St. Paul. Both championed for christianity, but Paul would not hesitate to call out the wrongs of our side when needed. Heck, he call Peter's mistake to his own face, the Pope, mind you! People say "we only need to agree on 90%". Yes, for a time, but eventually our side will clash on morals. Guess who will see eternal life on the last day. Being "based" won't do it.
Personally, I feel Strawb might be better if she toned it a bit. After all, our main goal is help others reach God. But also we have to be strong when testifying to the truth, especially in modern times. Fun concept - I would think someone that is like a fusion of Strawb and Celeste would be optimal - be strong in the faith, but be prudent and do so with more charity and understanding.

It's Election Day! It's time to vote. I know that there will be people who sit out today because they think it doesn't matter... and while things look bleak we should still fight back and help those around us.
LET'S GO GUYS!!!

The world may end but His light never does. Our enemies want to rule our lives with fear - don’t give it to them.

Because sexuality was intended and created to be something sacred and beautiful, to show the love of the other in its perfection.
However, humanity corrupted it since the beginning, and carry its consequences to all generations.
So yes, is older than the concept of society, but it does not mean is right. At least speaking on pornography.
God, I ask that you help me be a better christian, that I may be able to be a light of truth and do so with patience and charity.
Have mercy on me a sinner.

If we want to champion against the evil of the left, but do not have the wisdom and moral ground to also evangelize our side, which also is seeping into degeneracy, abortion, LGBTQ, and ideologies which destroy society, then what are we doing?
It is like the soft christians that say "I disagree, but they are my friends, so we should just play games while ignoring the future of their soul."
Remember, in the end of time, they will be held accountable to God for their actions, but also you will have to pay part of the price. For you knew God, and had the tools to change others to God, yet you did not.
Let those with wisdom understand!

The guy says he doesn't block people and points at others that do. Yet he won't hesitate to do it to those who call him out.
The hypocrisy is real!

Let us also be honest. If Christ was walking amongst us, he would also be calling to the truth many of the so called "based chuds" and inviting the to leave their degenerate lives of goofing, supporting abortion and other moderate/left leaning stuff. But as how we have seen things going on, they would also persecute him, call him "retard" and ultimately do the same thing you think Templar and others would do.
In conclusion, you chuds would be just as screwed like the ones you cal "holier than thou", if they are even that.

My question is then, how do we stand by truth, if when we do, people call us "holier than thou"?
And then when we are softer or do not stand by that, people say we are pacifist.
I feel chuds and people on our side act like that because they don't like to be told the truth. Many say they stand against the ppposite side but cannot even correct the errors of their ways because they are shown their mistakes by people who uphold what is true and moral. Hence why they attack them instead.
The hypocrisy is real!
Then what is truth? What is morals? If we don't testify to the truth, if we only preach what other people want to hear then what is the meaning of being a Christian then?
I agree, Strawb should have handled this better. No denials there. And Ember received the accountability for his lying.
But a bigger question remains? How should Christians do to protect Ruth according to y'all when it comes to defending morals? Because it seems to me many are saying "Christ should not be used as a shield." Yet many go back to their degeneracy, doing their own ideals, and more. But when the trith is preached, many say Christ should not be used to do that. Then what are Cbristians supposed to do?

Christ should never be used as a shield or a crutch to justify mean-girl antics. That's not what God is for, yet people are so quick to invoke His name when it suits their narrative, even if it means tearing someone else down. Faith should encourage compassion, humility, and accountability, not become a convenient excuse for cruelty.
This entire situation was handled poorly. I can understand the arguments from both sides, and I can acknowledge that Ember was wrong without agreeing with how everything unfolded. Those two things are not mutually exclusive. But frankly, the way this has played out has left me disgusted.
I've been hesitant to stick my neck out, but not because I dislike Ember or because I'm afraid of people disliking me. It's because the entire situation feels ugly. There's something deeply unsettling about watching people become so consumed with tearing someone apart that they seem to forget there's an actual human being on the receiving end. It genuinely feels like the Devil stirring up hatred for the sake of hatred, and people are all too willing to participate.
We should be standing together, not looking for reasons to divide ourselves further. We're supposed to be "retarded, yes, but not alone," and yet here we are, seemingly determined to isolate one of our own.
I'm not going to let public outrage dictate who I'm supposed to hate. I refuse to be pressured into hating Ember simply because others have decided that's the appropriate response. Holding someone accountable and treating them as irredeemable are two entirely different things.
And while I recognize that people have every right to feel hurt or betrayed, the way Strawb and Maria approached this bothers me greatly. There were better ways to handle this without turning it into a spectacle. Accountability doesn't require public humiliation, and compassion doesn't mean excusing dishonesty.
More than anything, this entire ordeal has reminded me why I became so antisocial in the first place. Watching people preach morality and righteousness while seemingly abandoning compassion the moment it's inconvenient is exhausting.
I don't have to defend Ember's mistakes to recognize that something about the way this was handled feels fundamentally wrong.
And I refuse to pretend otherwise.
This whole Ember drama has shown me one huge thing regarding the internet and the whole chud circle:
There is one fundamental question that still lingers in all this: what is THE truth? How to bring this back into the people, but doing so while keeping prudential judgement and charity?
Ember did lie, yes. And it was wrong and it was rightful that he get the accountability for that. But also he can start as a new person. He doesn't deserve the huge pile on either. He can be anew, and maybe God allowed this to help him come to the light.
As for Strawb. I personally know and will vouch that she is not an evil person, and tries to show Christianity as much as she can. The big problem here is how she brought this to the light. Acriptures point to first bring these issues in a close circle first for a reason. To help the person in question come to the light on its own. Then if not fruit is shown then bring it in public with wisdom. However, ahe also does not deserve the pile up.
The larger question is, if we want to improve this sphere, then how can we do it? Because it seems to me everyone is running into a contradiction. We say we want to champion against the opponents, but our values and morals show otherwise. Then we have Christian content creators who say they want to bring Christ, but when issues against faith happen on our side they remain silent. Then what is the truth? What is the right way to go? Where are your values? Or you want to stay silent of God because you are afraid a bunch of chuds will criticize you?
As for the chuds, what do you think? Do you think also opponents have the opportunity to repent like you wished mercy was places on Ember? Or are we grifting points?
While is true that some have gone off the rails, many others in the Christian sphere have been sincere on their change, even given their testimony. Look at Celestium, MariaGrace, and yes, even Strawb, they have changed for the better. Have they always done correct? No, and the last controversy shows it, but they stick to their morals, and aim to do as best as they can.
On the other hand, you got the oshis who degrade their values for the sake of modernism and getting crowds. Look at the moderate chuds and you will see it. Do I judge them? Absolutely not. I hope they can come to Christ and see what is right, but it takes time. Even people like Powdur or Juju who have given me bad vibes on ocassions I aim to pray for, I ain't any better.
But to call all people that try to change whores is crazy. Especially coming someone who does mot waste anytime making AI of people getting ended for your amusement. Be careful.
