#6 in the books. 11 hours 55 minutes. Decent swim, strong bike, and a sufferfest of a marathon. Thanks to my family and friends who continue to support this craziness. It is fantastic for my mental health and fills a need I have to “walk the talk.”

Prepping for the Arizona full IM. 2.4 mi swim, 112 mi bike, and a little run (26.2 mi). The logistics are all about overkill planning. At some point, every item on the bed became a critical piece. Hoping for a beautiful day in the desert to see what my body can do.
