I made gourmet phrosties for the 4th and I’m really proud of how well they turned out. Forgot to post them when I made them but they went over really well. Rolled up with a freezer bag full of these and they were gone within the first hour.

I put a Calvados sidecar on the menu last night. It’s sweetened with a mixture of combier orange liqueur and allspice dram. Rim is cinnamon, sugar, and powdered alder catkins. Named it the Pacific Drive since @ironwoodtweets is on my brain and we’re on the Peninsula.
