Experimented with making some #keto lemon-blueberry frozen yogurt. Actually turned out really well, although froze solid overnight. So glad we enjoyed half of it fresh from the ice cream maker, so was it more like a softee.

Ran out of farmers market bacon for my daily BLT, so finally trying out @atlas_monroe's #vegan bacon. Serious umami flavor that even I can enjoy. Definitely follow the 2-minute cooking direction as they got perfectly crispy after cooling. My BLTs can now be VLTs.
