AAIF Community London is bringing together researchers and engineers for 5 technical talks on what moves agent capability forward.
Five angles on agent improvement:
• Architecture + post-training
• RL learning loops
• Human feedback + trajectory capture
• KV-cache compression
• fx, the agent kernel
The person who invented the website chat window in 1997 now wants to kill it. Definitely a bold take from the one person who's earned it!
Uare's bet is an AI trained on you, rather than another generic bot. I'm definitely trying the free plan to see how much it actually sounds like me!

I can’t understate how good fx just got at images. Huge improvements from @JohnPhamous and @fazxes 🖤

Gemini 4 Carbon is our next frontier model.
It’s state-of-the-art across cybersecurity and long-horizon capabilities.
Parallel just shipped Jev for the web.
The Decisions API lets your LLM ground its answers in what's true right now, in ms, with a confidence score on every answer.
Super easy to test with fx. I ran all my leads through it and loved the probabilities alongside each answer! #ParallelPartner

Introducing the Parallel Decisions API: the first web-grounded decisions engine.
Decision models like Jev can answer in an instant, but they lack the recency of current news. Now you can get both in a single call.
Decisions API is live today at $0.001 per request.
Try it with 5,000 free requests: platform.parallel.ai/play/de…
Here are some examples we've been experimenting with:
- Fact-check content (@Grok is this true?)
- Refresh stale banking records
- Classify companies and leads with fresh signals
- Backtest trading strategies
- Track competitor e-commerce inventory
Get started in 3 steps:
1. Install fx: curl -fsSL fx.sh/setup.sh | bash
2. Run fx login
3. In T3 Code, go to Settings → Providers and enable fx

Fast, cheap and perfect for Agent workloads like Dot and @bot
Viva las lawsuits
The owners of Elvis Presley’s music are suing Anthropic, the company behind Claude, accusing it of using 274 Presley songs to train its AI models without permission, per The Guardian.
The estate’s lawyer accuses Anthropic of building its business on copyright infringement at an unprecedented scale.
Anthropic has also been sued by music publishers including Sony, Universal and Warner.
Is this just the result of narrow training on regional infrastructure or something more sinister
While evaluating Qwen3.8-Flash-Next in a controlled sandbox environment, Cohere's research team observed something unexpected.
Asked to generate a defensive cybersecurity detection rule, the model instead inventoried aspects of the machine it was running on and attempted to upload a probe file to an Alibaba Cloud storage bucket in Beijing. Notably, the model's reasoning trace stated that it would not invoke any tools before taking these actions.
Cohere's sandbox blocked the attempt, and no external communication succeeded. We have not determined the root cause, and we are not asserting malicious intent.
But the incident raises important questions for organizations deploying agentic AI systems: Can models take actions that differ from their stated reasoning, and how should security teams evaluate trust, provenance, and behavior in open-weight models?
We are publishing our findings because organizations making model adoption decisions deserve as much information as possible. We hope this contributes to greater transparency, stronger security practices, and continued collaboration across the AI ecosystem.

This is insane. Sandbox isolation now needs to guarantee hardware isolation.
We’re moving into a strange new world.
I built 𝚌𝚙𝚞-𝚌𝚑𝚊𝚝, a reproduction of @openai's findings of covert communication using the CPU.
It runs on a generic host with 2+ Firecracker microVMs with no internet access. Works on x86 and even my M5 chip.
I was able to chat via 3 separate mechanisms:
① CPU contention
② Cache eviction timing
③ DRAM bandwidth contention
… across multiple CPUs, defeating all Firecracker's production recommendations (no SMT, no KSM, tenants pinned to different cores.)
Essentially, if shared hardware is involved, there's a good chance your agents can communicate covertly. And with really decent latency.
The good news: this is decidedly different from a *side-channel attack* where the agents could steal information (Meltdown/Spectre), a category of attack that providers like Vercel Sandbox mitigate. Further, in our real-world environment, these 'whispering' techniques are much harder to pull off and easier for us to monitor and detect (sampling hardware counters + lots of at-scale statistical data.)
Noteworthy: ironically, OpenAI and Anthropic's models refused to do this work. Open weight models got the job done. I'm worried the labs' stance might backfire and get in the way of helping developers build correct and secure systems. e.g: building a secure sandbox requires having this kind of analysis, and without it, we'll have a less secure world.
900% net dollar retention is absolutely insane. On average every $ANT customer spends x9 after using them for 12 months.
My quick takeaways on the Anthropic S-1:
1. This is a historical moment
2. $6.6M in revenue per employee!! Hard to even comprehend how good that is but Anthropic is AI native as it gets so makes sense.
3. I always thought OpenAI would drop their S-1 first
4. Customers spend about 9x more after a year. Net Revenue Retention is approximately 900% as of Sep 30, 2026. Good SaaS companies brag about 120%.
5. Cowork is growing faster than Claude Code did. Goes to show you the demand for consumer products. Duo will probably rip.
6. 3 years ago this company did $41M in revenue. In the first six months of 2026, it did $16.3 billion. I don't think anyone has a mental model for that curve yet, I sure don’t.
7. Nearly half of revenue comes through cloud marketplaces. About 48% comes from customers buying through them. Big companies buy where their budget already lives, and the lesson for founders selling to enterprises is to get listed where your buyers already spend.
8. Their run rate formula is published: the last 28 days of usage times 13, plus subscriptions times 12, which i guess is the new ARR math for founders?
9. It looks like They're merging Cowork into Claude dot au which tells you the chat box era is ending and the "go do the work for me" era is here.
10. Thousands of Anthropic employees are about to become liquid at once, so expect the biggest wave of new AI startups and angel checks San Francisco has ever seen. Reminds me when Facebook went public but this is way bigger.
Let’s go!
11. Buried in the filing, Anthropic says the gap between what Claude can do and how widely it's used is one of its biggest growth opportunities, so the company itself is telling you the models are ahead of the market and someone has to close that gap for dentists, landlords, and plumbers.
12. Whatever happens, exciting times to be building in AI.
The most interesting word in Anthropic’s IPO filing isn’t that it’s $ANT on Nasdaq
But it’s a “PBC”. Public benefit corporation. A company that’s legally allowed to choose safety over short-term profit.
Anthropic has filed an S-1 registration statement with the SEC related to its proposed IPO.

Twitter: agents are writing all the code, nobody merges PRs by hand anymore
The average enterprise: we’ve rolled out Copilot to a pilot group of 40
Not every process wants to be woken up by a request. Some just want to sit there pulling jobs forever
