I manage 4 employees who work at least fifty percent from home. I rarely have to even check in on them. How do I know they are working?
BECAUSE THE WORK GETS DONE.

Yβall be calling on Black gangs to βstep upβ and battle the police whenever Black communities are in crisis. But when it comes to a place like Gary, Indiana, why arenβt yβall calling on the Black professional class, Boule organizations, fraternities, sororities, churches, HBCUs, and Black business networks to mobilize?
Why is the expectation always that the people with the least institutional power should put themselves on the line, while the people with money, connections, degrees, organizations, and political access get left out of the conversation?
If weβre serious about Black self-determination, then everybody needs to be asked what theyβre actually bringing to the tableβnot just the people you already expect to sacrifice.
