@KateHolterhoff, check out the Bend2 language by @VictorTaelin. Bend2 makes the proof requirement native so the bad code is never written (or never accepted) in the first place. Write Bend2, declare laws, and the AI must prove its code holds those laws.

Never go there. Stay on my Following list. Echo chamber quality, but I can dance to it. Learn of new accounts from those I follow, and find outside X (like this curious YT Channel called Monitoring The Situation with two Gen X dudes).

It's on GitHub and documented, with a demo, so you can review everything rather than just blindly trusting my script with sudo on your machines. github.com/ericmann/php2shel… If you find anything (or you know of an IOC it missed) please file an issue.

I'll keep writing PHP. PHP gave us a straightforward server side + SQL wrapper that many of us built 20+ year careers on. Spaghetti was first on the menu; everyone was fed. The menu evolved: more protein, less carbs. Today: the kitchen caught on fire, yes. Tomorrow: I'll cook something with PHP.
Just in case you needed a reminder, here is why half the internet still runs PHP.

Oh, and @VanCliefMedia, gotta check him out. He's talking about using folders & files instead of complex agentic workflows. Wading through his concepts right now myself.

Excellent video (found it on YT, followed you here). AI network of firearm enthusiasts & businesses will need to happen (local + hosted open weight models). @IroncladDev & @americancloudco -- opportunity? You 3 talk amongst yourselves, you're welcome.

Same. So much to build, make & learn with my Local AI journey. As much fun with computers as my first PC & TurboPascal 5.5 Book (now with lemon fresh objects). I get the negative side for people laid off. But, feel no guilt embracing the other side of the future. Adapt. Thrive.

Huh, so you can fix everything without installing Omarchy, note to self.

Excellent write-up, thanks for laying out your set up. More informative than just benchmarks and what model fits on `X GB` VRAM. Learned about some new tools. **Bookmarked.**

A few weeks ago, OpenAI's models started refusing normal work for my business. So I built 3 servers with 12 AMD R9700 GPUs and moved the workload in house. $32.2k total. Here's the whole story in 2 minutes. #LocalAI

👍Keep the whole thing local, not just the agents. Data === gold. Many back office processes are generic, but I bet there are many unique to your specific industry & co., treat those as off-cloud trade secrets.
