You're right. A lot of users noticed this problem on #LookerStudio with #GA4 connector. It is not because you reach the quotas (Happened with the simpler report: 1 chart,1 user) but just a bug of the related implementation.
LS team is aware of the bug, so we can hope a quick fix.
Regular Expressions (#regex) offers a wide variety of functions in #lookerstudio that allows you to make your visualizations more customizable.
