Absolutely fuming. I turn my back for two minutes and my 18 month old tells me the Russians have been in and done this. 🤬🤬

We used to have lots of places in the UK where you could get most of what you needed within 15 minutes walk: school, GP, grocer, butcher, church, pub, children's playground, sports club. We called them "towns" and "villages". Then along came central and local government. They encouraged large chains to build out of town supermarkets, forcing town centre butchers and grocers and fishmongers out of business. They planted acres of new housing around towns and villages, with no facilities, and too far away from town centres for people to walk there. And they sold off sports grounds and playgrounds for more housing. They built centralised "superhospitals", moving patient care away from their local neighbourhood, while running down the GP service and replacing it with call centres and "apps". They raised business rates and car park prices in town centres, and installed lots of bike lanes and "traffic calming", thereby narrowing roads and causing more traffic congestion, reducing footfall, and sending town centre shops out of business. They closed pubs, playgrounds, sports clubs, churches to save us all from a *checks notes* deadly respiratory virus. And now what do they want to do? They want to recreate those 15 minute communities that we used to have in small towns and villages, but in bigger towns and cities instead. Only they're not doing it by encouraging small businesses to open neighbourhood stores, or reducing local business rates, or decentralising the NHS, ensuring we can all live in that same 15 minute paradise. No, they're doing it by installing traffic filters and CCTV and enforcement infrastructure and fines. All stick and no carrot. Creating new inner city ghettos. There is seemingly no situation which central and local government cannot make worse.

This is important. I have been contacted by a shocking number of small businesses whose business rates bill is set to soar. And I mean soar. It is a destructive, outdated, unfair tax regime, and it’s getting A LOT worse. These revaluations are just brutal. Most politicians don’t understand business rates, and even fewer care to. They talk about ‘growth’ while presiding over a tax system that punishes the very people who keep our economy alive. Scrap the current system. I’d abolish business rates entirely. It’s economically illiterate in today’s age. Replace it with something tethered to reality, turnover. Much smaller levels, but targeted - make it fair with the online giants. It is ridiculously complicated, and small businesses are now figuring out just how much more they’re paying. VAST hikes. 300% rises. Often more. Tens of thousands of pounds to find. This is a nuclear winter for these firms. All on top of the NI changes and the new workers' ‘rights’ bill. Headwinds everywhere… Small firms cannot absorb another shock when the next revaluation hits. I’ve been contacted by firms outlining some of these hikes. I mean it’s just unmanageable. They will go bust. It’s that simple. Those who limp on will have to cut investment, fire staff and increase prices. That drives inflation, and so the doom loop continues. Brilliant. Great work everyone. If the government is serious about growth, it should start by letting small firms keep their own money to invest and hire. A physical shop pays a fortune in rates while an online corporate pays next to nothing. This is economic self-harm. It is destroying our towns... And we’re surprised that so many of our high streets are turning into desolate shitholes? When the cost of doing business on said high street is so astronomical? Is anyone surprised? I’m not. Stop pushing SMEs into insolvency with bureaucratic fantasy-valuations from civil servants who have never even run a paper round. Business rates need a radical overhaul, urgently. I am raising this in Parliament.

“Thanks to the pandemic, I no longer take anything in medicine at face value. It shattered my blind trust. It made me look deeper. It forced me to ask why and who benefits. Now, I question protocols. I read the studies. I follow the money. I seek the root cause. Because science isn’t a belief system — it’s a process of asking hard questions and being brave enough to change when the answers evolve. If the last few years didn’t make you question something, you weren’t paying attention.” - JoelGator -

Your health isn't just about you. Most people use their family as an excuse to destroy themselves. "I don't have time to work out, I have kids." "I can't eat healthy, too busy with work." "I'll focus on myself when things settle down." I've seen successful people every day who've built fortunes "for their family" while their body falls apart. What message does that send? That money matters more than being capable? That providing means working yourself into medication? That success requires sacrificing your health? I moved from South America to America alone. Built everything from scratch. I've worked a full-time job while running a fitness business. And still maintained the physique from my bodybuilding days. How? I work out 2-3 times per week. Not daily. Not extreme. Just consistently. The "I don't have time" excuse is BS. You have time for what you prioritize. And if you're not prioritizing your health, you're telling everyone around you that being weak and sick is acceptable. Your kids learn from what you do, not what you say. Tell them health matters while eating processed garbage? They see through it. Lecture them about exercise while you sit all day? They're watching. We've normalized being metabolically broken. Taking five medications by 40. Being too tired to play with our kids. Accepting that feeling like terrible is just part of aging. It's not. It's a choice. Every workout you skip, every meal of processed food, every night of poor sleep... You're modeling that for everyone watching you. • Your partner • Your kids • Your colleagues The pharmaceutical industry loves this. They've got pills for your symptoms and future customers in your children who learned your habits. Want to actually care for your family? Show them what strength looks like. Show them that health isn't negotiable. Show them that you value being capable over being comfortable. Stop using people you love as an excuse to neglect yourself. Start using them as the reason to be better. What example are you setting today?

I’ve been addicted to the top 3 drugs on list & can’t confirm that alcohol is by far the most destructive. Now I channel my addictive nature positively.
Most people hate the taste of alcohol, yet still drink it daily… There’s only ONE reason for this - and it needs to change quickly. I spent 100+ hours researching why people can’t escape their addiction. Here’s the uncomfortable truth behind alcohol addiction:🧵

An “Enquirey” to reinforce the global narrative: Next time lock down harder, longer, ruin more lives, bankrupt even more small & medium sized businesses, destroy even more people’s mental & physical health until there’s nothing left except Amazon, Disney & Netflix

Depression is common amongst young people in the West because people are losing their faith, families are unstable, community life has declined, people mostly eat garbage, don't sleep enough, don't exercise enough, don't get enough sunlight, real wages are stagnant, currency devaluation has jacked up living costs, loss of trust in systems, non-stop media fearmongering (climate, disease, war!), non-stop social media anxiety, toxic political culture, loss of meaning and purpose, growing divide between the sexes, and too much screentime compared to in person human interaction. If you do what's now considered 'normal', you'll probably end up depressed. You have to buck the trend or you'll become a sad zombie and probably support communism.

Asymptomatic climate change! Just because you didn’t see any sun in spring doesn’t mean you’re not filthy carbon spewing scum responsible for “climate catastrophe” & need to be confined to your pod to work from home & eat locusts.
While it may not have felt like it for many, with sunshine in short supply, provisional figures show May and spring were the warmest on record for the UK. Get the full details, including how warm nights influenced the figures 👇

Literally everything is questionable now. The lines between fact and fiction have become blurred. What our leaders and mainstream media peddle as the truth is often misinformation. And what is really the truth is smeared as misinformation. In an era of rolling news and social media, the bamboozle has captured us. In particular, our ‘elites’ masquerading their greed as virtue.  The modern world is a simulacrum, where reality has been replaced by false messaging and imagery, to such an extent that one cannot distinguish between the real and the unreal. And as a result of this, everyone squabbles through the prism of their own confirmation biases to claim what they consider to be their own truths, when actually they are blindsided by their own false superiority of sanctimony and virtue.  We are ruled by a nefarious group of individuals that have an unquenchable thirst for power, control and money, and they don’t care what they have to do to get it. And that includes tricking people into thinking they are the virtuous good guys who are here to keep us all safe. And tragically, millions of people are completely duped by this. What we have witnessed over the Covid response, the war in Ukraine, the Net Zero agenda on climate change and many other current issues is a movement of faux-virtue that has been carefully crafted by corrupt politicians, messengers within legacy media outlets, greedy corporations, messiah delusional billionaires and undemocratic technocrats to create the impression that they are the virtuous ones who are our friends. These people are not our friends. Their primary objective is to hoodwink us into believing and complying to their virtue, but in reality being tricked into giving away more freedoms, power, wealth and assets to these virtue vultures.  The reality of all of this is that we are sleepwalking towards the biggest asset grab in the history of the planet. They are trying to destroy farms, land, businesses, freedoms, housing, individual wealth, travel and own them or sell them off to the highest bidder. And at the same time, they are trying to ring-fence society into the entrapment of being controlled by data – either through health passports or the slow mission creep towards central banking digital currencies (CBDCs). It’s a giant asset grab of what we own and control. They frame all of this being in our best interests. But it’s the biggest swindle ever. This gargantuan virtue con-trick also comes with a huge slice of authoritarianism. Anyone who sees through it, questions it, stands up to it or shows opposition to it are immediately ridiculed and ostracised by the group-think mob: Question the Covid response?
“Covidiot”
Question the wars?
“Putin apologist” “Antisemite”
Question net zero?
“Climate change denier” This is gutter politics designed to shut down and undermine any opposition or questioning. But not questioning the narrative is a huge form of denial. Because any government, technocrat or organisation that advocates medical discrimination, suppression of civil liberties and a transfer of wealth and public assets to the rich while the rest of society endures a cost of living crisis is not your friend. Don’t be fooled by their virtue. It’s a giant con. In reality, they are indulging in a massive asset grab. They are treating the world as feudal overlords indulging in their own personal fiefdoms while us plebs are left to feed off the crumbs from their table – but all under the guise of “it’s for our own good” or “safety” while pretending to be humanistic and empathetic convincingly, along with glib charm, is the primary weapon that power hungry sociopaths use along with dogmatic zealotry. Fake virtue peddled by governments, rulers and authorities for mass compliance and social control is oldest trick in the authoritarian playbook. Don’t be fooled by it. Don’t sleepwalk towards it. Because when totalitarianism arrives, it will come cloaked in virtue.

Over the past 4 years, we have seen the biggest ever transfer of wealth from the working and middle classes to the super rich. The fake “it’s for your own good” signalling by governments are duping people into compliance to enable a corporate asset grab. It’s a giant con trick.

Since the pandemic began, the richest 1% have trousered nearly twice as much new wealth as the rest of the world combined. Their fortune soared by $26trillion, increasing their share of new wealth from 50% to two-thirds. It’s the greatest transfer of wealth in history.
