I watched my dad pass away yesterday. After a month and a half of struggling, he's finally at peace. I'm okay. I'm doing my best to surround myself with friends as I try to figure out how to navigate the next few days. I appreciate those who've reached out and kept tabs <3

While there's been a lot of fun things recently (Japan trip) my current contract's been kicking my ass & I feel terrible. I haven't had the energy to draw for myself, stream, go biking the past 2 months Contract ends in Dec, but I don't want to arrive at the finish line limping

I'm mostly disappointed cuz I'd built up some healthy strides in how I approach art, time management, and stress, only for years of work becoming undone with a single "bad" contract. Genuinely hoping I can continue to be gentle with myself and find my groove again soon!

We hiked half the day up top a mountain on a pilgrimage to visit all 88 Buddhist temples north of Kyoto! It was 35C and humid, but was a deeply personal and spiritual experience - one I'll cherish forever.

Went to a shiba inu cafe (they're so cuddly and defiant!), TeamLabs, Tokyo Art Museum, and finishing it all off with trying shabu shabu for the first time! <3

Spent the day in Shibuya at the Pokemon Center & the Nintendo store! Later we hit up Shinjuku at a cocktail bar with no menu - tell them a bit about what you like & they custom tailor the perfect drink. Also hit up Pawpads, a gay furry bar, and a bear club in the gay district <3
