I don’t think the formation is bad but whatever the reason, IT IS NOT WORKING.
If your car doesn’t start, you call a mechanic and fix it. You don’t keep turning the key every day hoping it magically works.
When something isn’t working, you have to take action.
If you can't win football matches, either adapt within your own philosophy or change the philosophy. As a manager, you should be looking for solutions.
What we're seeing is the same shit over and over again. The same formation, the same approach, the same players starting and we have the same issues every single game.
I personally like Amorim but the players we have now are not THIS BAD and he should be looking for solutions, not excuses.

Losing the final hurt — no doubt. But there’s clarity in defeat. No trophies to hide behind, no shadows left to retreat into. The club is exposed — the good and the bad. Change is coming. Big change. Be excited. Ignore those who profit off United’s pain.

I don't believe there's any player revolt against Erik ten Hag at #MUFC. United are going through the painful process of trying to move forward & win games while the owners create disharmony. While senior management fail to sell players no longer wanted by the manager. While you have so many players unavailable...
Are those specfic unwanted players unhappy? Yes, of course. However, that's not on ETH, that's on Richard Arnold & the Glazers. There's always a consistent message from independent sources that players enjoy Ten Hag's methods & his style of man-management.
He's very close to Pep Guardiola's style behind the scenes, and players like and appreciate him. While United are losing, while nonsense is being written about Maguire & Sancho, there's always going to be murmurs of discontent.
This is solved by winning games. It's easy to write "players are unhappy with Ten Hag's methods" when a dozen players are injured & you can't find form. The tactics are very similar to 6-12 months ago, so let's not pretend otherwise.
Could United go into the marketplace tomorrow and find a better coach than Ten Hag? Not really. There's names, but at this stage, there's no intention to replace him.
Agents from certain players will always try and have their say through certain journalists and outlets, but there's lots of hot air, at present. It's hardly unexpected. United losing feeds an industry.
Business as usual at Manchester United Football Club. #BURMUN
