It's so cute how it doesn't move even when you pick it up, just like a stuffed animal 😂

Friendships look a bit different here ♥️
At face value, a hippo and an elephant might not have much in common – but no one’s told Bumpy and Wangalla! The adorable pair have fallen trunk over tail for each other. Both are orphans, and two of our youngest rescues at that. They will grow up step in step at our Kaluku Unit, until they are ready to reclaim their places in the wild.

Sanctuary experts like Dr. Trish London confirmed years ago: Lucy CAN be moved safely with proper planning. Leaving her out of the Jane Goodall Act wasn't about her health it was choosing zoo excuses over real 🐘 care. 🇨🇦 failed Lucy. 🐘💔 #FreeLucy #JaneGoodallAct @MarkJCarney

Another 📧
Another promise to 👀into it. Another day passes.
Meanwhile, Lucy remains at Edmonton Valley Zoo. @AndrewKnack People need more than words.
They need transparency, action & a clear explanation of why a sanctuary move has not happened. #FreeLucy
