If you’re going to step into your anointing, you have to see yourself as strong, confident, well able for what you’re up against. You are not lacking. You’re not at a disadvantage. You have everything you need for this season that you’re in.

Maybe you’re living worried, you can’t sleep, stressed over your finances, wondering about your health, “What if this door doesn’t open?” Can I encourage you: God clothes the lilies of the fields. He feeds the birds of the air. He knows when a sparrow is in need. How much more does He care about you? You're His most prized possession. Release your cares to Him.

You’re not limited by what the experts say. The experts can be wrong. Experts built the Titanic, and it sank. Noah built the ark, and it floated. God has the final say. He knows how to end a drought. He knows how to heal what looks impossible. He knows how to turn situations around when there’s no logical way.

In the Scripture, God said, “This valley will be filled with water by tomorrow morning and there will be neither wind nor rain.” God can bring an abundance in unusual ways. He can heal you without the medicine. He can bring the right person from an unlikely place. God’s ways are better than our ways. Trust His plan for your life.

Don’t be moved by what you see. Keep staying in peace. Keep thanking God that it’s coming. Keep excelling at your work. You’re not denying the problem. You’re acting on the promise.

Jesus said, “Seek first the kingdom and all these things will be added unto you.” If you'll keep God first place, He’ll add everything you need. The key is: don’t seek the blessing; seek the Blessor. Keep Him first place and the blessings will seek you.

Circumstances say one thing, but we have a promise from God that says something else. The circumstances may say we’re in a drought, but God says, “I’m making streams in the desert". Now the question is: are you going to go by the evidence or are you going to go by the promise? Are you going to let what you see talk you out of what you heard?

Life is too short to waste valuable time fighting battles that don’t matter, trying to prove to people that are never going to be for you, arguing over petty things. In a hundred years, we’re all going to be gone. How much time are you spending letting other people determine your joy?

Keep honoring God, being your best, and God will cause the people you need to be for you. He’ll take care of your critics. Just like He closed the mouths of hungry lions, God will close the mouths of those trying to discredit you. That’s not your battle. That battle is the Lord’s.

God has not forgotten about you. He has seen every unfair situation, every lonely night, every heartache. That is not how your story ends. There are prepared blessings that you’re going to walk into. In the meantime, let Him work.

You can’t change what’s behind you, but you can do something about what’s in front of you. God’s mercy is bigger than any mistake you’ve made. You have to do something important: forgive yourself. You have enough people in life against you; don’t be against yourself.

Your time is valuable. Your peace is valuable. Don’t spend it on every offense, every argument, every opinion. Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is let it go and let God work it out.

Jesus said, “Seek first the kingdom and all these things will be added unto you.” Keep God first place and He’ll add everything you need. Honor Him and He’ll catch what you can’t catch. The Psalmist said, “No good thing will He withhold when you walk uprightly.” The key is: don’t seek the blessing; seek the Blessor. Keep Him first place and the blessings will seek you.

Solomon said in Ecclesiastes, “There’s a time to speak, and there’s a time to be silent.” That doesn't mean never speak up or never deal with conflict; maturity is knowing what time you’re in. Is this a time to speak, to be bold, to let my voice be heard, or is this a time to be silent, to walk away?

The Scripture says, “Avoiding a fight is a mark of honor.” It doesn’t say winning a fight is a mark of honor. It’s easy to get into conflict, stir things up. But it’s hard to bite your tongue. It’s hard not to express everything you’re thinking. If you keep giving pieces away, you will lose your peace of mind.

When you’re upset, when your emotions are out of check and you feel that anger and want to pay someone back, that’s when you have to put a guard on what you say. David said in Psalm 141, “God, set a guard over my mouth. Keep watch over what I say.” When you’re angry, that’s a good time to say, “God, I need Your help.”

When you’re at peace with who walked away, you’re passing the test. Leave it in God’s hands. That’s when you’ll see the new things God is doing.

If you don’t decide how you’re going to live, circumstances will decide for you. You’ll see every problem, and how it’s not going to work out. But the Scripture says, “Joy comes in the morning.” Every morning, God sends a fresh supply of joy. Receive it.
