So grateful for all the love and support BAD AXE has been receiving. It’s emotional and touching to read all the positive feedback from critics and audiences alike. I am grateful for those who can see past the sometimes perceived messiness of the film and understand -

Thank you for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!
Just watched this brilliant documentary about an Asian American family trying to keep their small business alive during the pandemic and how it all led to the 2020 election.
I felt all of the feelings and I highly recommend: badaxefilm.com/

As we head into Emmy voting this week, I'm both humbled and thrilled to see @badaxefilm on @Variety’s prediction list for the Primetime Emmy in Exceptional Merit in Documentary Filmmaking. The recognition our little film received as an Oscar contender on the shortlist still feels
like a dream I haven't entirely wrapped my head around. My family and I are forever grateful for having the opportunity to go on such a wild ride and share our story in a meaningful way that has helped foster dialogue about multiculturalism, racial prejudice, and the American
dream in communities beyond our own. While our journey continues through many upcoming educational and community impact screenings, we'll be crossing our fingers for an Emmy nod next month! #Emmys
Can’t wait!

“It was really one of the first times I’ve gotten to witness the true power of cinema,” @DavidSiev said of a hometown screening of his film, @badaxefilm. Hear about the film, its unlikely audience, and their moving reaction: bit.ly/3hb6ddY
