After days of cancelling work waiting in the house for a TV I sent myself after @UPS_UK didn’t deliver on the dedicated day or provide info when it would arrive, the reason is clear. They smashed the TV in transit. Appalling customer service along the way. Don’t use UPS

@UPS_UK Nightmare service in sending a package to myself for moving house. Pre booked delivery for Tues, took day off work and not delivered. Same wed taking another day off and unable to get confirmation when deliver from customer service phone. Now the same today. Please help
