The democratic Republic governed by the Constitution; 7. Freedom from cruel & unusual punishment; 8. An enduring commitment to not want to deflate & resolve political issues, disputes or controversies with civilized or normal procedural aspects of our constitutional republic (democratic republic) not deliberate acts of violence.
