Dealink brings safer OTC trading to Solana.
Sellers and buyers lock their assets in escrow, while the deal settles atomically once both sides are ready.
Middlemen can still earn their fee without taking custody of the funds.

How to make an OTC deal with Dealink:
- Connect your wallet
- Set the token, amount, payment asset, and participants
- Create the deal and share the link
- Both sides deposit their assets into escrow
- Once everything is ready, settle the deal in one transaction
That’s it. No need to send assets first or trust the other side.
The seller has deposited. The buyer hasn't. You open the deal link and see exactly that.
No need to ask the broker to forward another wallet screenshot. Dealink reads the funding status from the chain.
Fifth update is up
Tokenized assets page:
dealink.app/assets
29 tokenized assets on Solana, from xStocks, Ondo, Superstate and more, each one checked live against the escrow Dealink settles through
Today only USDY passes. Every tokenized stock on Solana uses a token feature the escrow doesn't support yet, and the page shows exactly why
The moment an issuer fixes it, the page picks it up on its own
You can also paste any token address and see if it can be traded on Dealink
Fourth update is up
Templates and repeat deals
Save your counterparties and deal terms once, then fill a whole new deal with one click
Closed a deal with the same desk last week? Hit "Repeat deal" and it opens with the same terms, ready to sign
OTC is a relationship business. The second deal with the same people should take seconds, not minutes

Third update is up
Closed-deal cards are live
Every settled deal now gets a card: the tokens and amounts, the settlement time, how long it took and the transaction that closed it
Download it as an image, share the link or post it to X in one click. Amounts can be hidden if the deal is private
A broker's track record used to live in screenshots. Now every closed deal is proof anyone can check on-chain

Here’s what I’m working on rn:
These are the next updates coming up:
- Closed deal cards. After settlement, brokers can publish an onchain proof card showing the token, settlement time and transaction link, with the deal size optional to hide.
- Deal templates and repeat deals. Save counterparties and deal terms, then recreate the same setup in one click.
- Tokenized assets. Adding support for tokenized stocks and other assets after checking each one for DvP compatibility and issuer permissions.
- Reaching out to major OTC brokers and onboarding them.
Second update is up
Broker leaderboard is live:
dealink.app/brokers
Every broker who closed a deal on Dealink is ranked by settled volume or by number of deals. It's all counted from on-chain settlements, so nothing is self-reported.
Brokers earn volume badges and get a profile card they can put in their X or Telegram header.
Reputation in OTC used to be word of mouth. Now it's public, and brokers compete for the top spot.
First update is up
Just added a Telegram bot:
t.me/DealinkAppBot
Brokers can now create a deal straight from the chat, get the link there, and track when each side deposits.
The bot also sends reminders if the deadline is getting close.
OTC deals now start and finish where brokers already spend most of their time - Telegram.
An OTC broker earns their fee by finding the counterparty and getting the terms agreed. Taking custody of everyone's assets shouldn't be another requirement.
Dealink keeps the broker in the transaction while the trade funds go into escrow.

Solana just turned atomic DvP settlement into shared infrastructure.
This is exactly the primitive Dealink is designed to build on for large OTC token trades – the broker can still structure the deal and earn a fee, but neither side has to send assets first or trust the broker with custody.
Both legs fund escrow, then settle together in one transaction.
