I wrote out some thoughts on how to make this moment a real turning point to bring about real change––and pulled together some resources to help young activists sustain the momentum by channeling their energy into concrete action. medium.com/@BarackObama/how-…

This new workplace monitoring tool issues an alert when anyone is less than six feet apart. Amazon is also using similar software to monitor the distances between their warehouse staff. technologyreview.com/2020/04…

Best in the business @DeanLittle talking data + outcome measures in RTP. Consider risk factors, plane of movement, drill speed/design, skill acquisition and as always individual adjustments. Thanks to the USOC for an amazing event yesterday! #IPS2020

I have to say, the talks from these gents below were epic. Left me humbled and massively impressed lol at the same time. A few highlights are shown below from @Bballphysio 👇👇
With a weeks notice, these gents put on a world class display for the #IPS2020 conference. They showed why what they're doing is changing the game. Here's a sneak peak at their gems. I take my hat off to you boys! @DeanLittle @trentsalo @c_jimenez31

#IPS2020 Great quote from today: “We look at our athletes as people first, athletes second. We focus on what they can do when they are injured, not what they can’t do. The return to play process is principle-based, criteria-based, athlete-centered+objective." @trentsalo
Anything written by @davidtmartin is well worth a read- this is no exception! performancepartner.gatorade.… – at Budapest, Hungary

Really pleased (and surprised) how popular our #Whatsonyourwhiteboard pictures have been. Hat tip to @MarcSurdyka for his excellent version 👏🏻. How do you like to share key messages with patients? All views and ideas welcome 🙏

I've compiled a list of the type of sports science/analytics research I think we need to see more of in 2019. Interested in everyone's own thoughts and discussion...

Chatting with @JackWalsh_93 today about @jacedelaney avg acceleration metric and it got me thinking what that may look like. This is velocity during the highest 1min rolling avg of acceleration in a match. The next one is the acceleration during that same time period.
